  • Strategy - we guide you through the "specs" call, in which we brainstorm on why the position is the ideal opportunity for the right candidate. From that we prepare a sourcing plan and a suite of tools to market the position and screen candidate prospects.
  • Sourcing - up to 45 days of sourcing is included in the MAGNET price, with fine tuning along the way if necessary based on your feedback. The sourcing campaign covers all the bases:

    1. Searching the Decision Toolbox and Cisco Partner Talent Portal databases of candidate prospects
    2. Proactive internet sourcing
      • Basic and Advanced Internet Searching techniques (X-Ray, Flip, Peelback, Harvesting, PeerSearching, Powersearching for People/Resumes)
      • Extensive Internet Mining of Social Networks, Viral Networks, and New Groups such as blogs, newsgroups, listservs, web logs, etc.
      • Combing informational online databases such as ZoomInfo, Network Hunter, Ryze, Passado, Ecademy, Jigsaw, Spoke and others.
      • Partiipating in Online Social Networking such as Zigg, Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Association Web Blogs/Groups, LinkedIn, RecruiterEarth.com and more.

  • Screening and Presentation - all prospects from all sources are captured in Recruiting Machine, our user-friendly web portal. They are automatically thanked for their interest and informed of what to expect. Our automated ranking engine puts them in order of qualification, so your designated DT Recruitment Partner can get to the seemingly strongest prospects first. Those who are most promising are thoroughly phone-screened, and only the most viable prospects are forwarded to you, with videoclips when possible.
  • Facilitation - we manage all interview scheduling and exchange of feedback. Once we are down to finalists, we perform reference checks, coordinate background checks and assist with offer negotiation to the degree desired. We also provide the facility for you to conduct video interviews with candidates who have a webcam.
  • Completion - when the position is filled we notify all applicant prospects, to close the loop courteously.
  • Tracking - we log all actions and feedback for your reference online, and provide you with 24/7 access to Recruiting Machine™, where you can monitor realtime project status and candidate data.
  • Quality Assurance - DT has a dedicated Quality department which monitors every open position, spots "yellow flags" at an early stage, and facilitates solutions. At the conclusion of each search, we ask the hiring manager to complete a two minute/one page "report card" so that we can understand how to continually improve our service.
Pricing

The total cost for a MAGNET search averages 7% of base salary for professional, technical and management positions (less than 5% of salary for executive positions and qualifying high volume hiring scenarios).
