  • STRATEGY - we guide you through the "specs" call, in which we brainstorm on why the position is the ideal opportunity for the right candidate. From that we prepare a sourcing plan and a suite of tools to market the position and screen candidate prospects.
  • SOURCING - up to 30 days of sourcing is included in the MAGNET price, with fine tuning along the way if necessary based on your feedback. The sourcing campaign comprises 4 prongs:

    1. Searching the Decision Toolbox database of candidate prospects
    2. Proactive internet sourcing
      • Mining resume databases (Monster, CareerBuilder, Hotjobs and dozens of specialty/niche databases as appropriate)
      • General internet mining using advanced search techniques
      • Networking tools/resources (ZoomInfo, Plaxo, LinkedIn, etc.)
      • Associations, usergroups, discussion groups, etc.
    3. Referral cultivation
      • The DT Inner Circle
      • "Who do you know?..."
    4. Job Board postings, utilizing our professionally written ad copy
      • OCRegister.com/monster, CareerBuilder, Craigslist and selected other niche boards are included in the price. Additional job boards may be specifically requested by the client and are invoiced separately

  • SCREENING AND PRESENTATION - all prospects from all sources are captured in Recruiting Machine, our user-friendly web portal. They are automatically thanked for their interest and informed of what to expect. Our automated ranking engine puts them in order of qualification, so your designated DT Recruitment Partner can get to the seemingly strongest prospects first. Those who are most promising are thoroughly phone-screened, and only the most viable prospects are forwarded to you.
  • FACILITATION - we manage all interview scheduling and exchange of feedback. Once we are down to finalists, we perform reference checks, coordinate background checks and assist with offer negotiation to the degree desired.
  • COMPLETION - when the position is filled we notify all applicant prospects, to close the loop courteously.
  • TRACKING - we log all actions and feedback for your reference online, and provide you with 24/7 access to Recruiting Machine™, where you can monitor realtime project status and candidate data.
Pricing

The total cost for a search averages 7% of salary for professional, technical and management positions (less than 5% of salary for executive positions). There are two components:
  1. $4,400 service charge in advance, plus
  2. $500 - $5,000 contingent upon successful hire, depending on salary.
