Key Points and Advantages
- With our On-Demand model, you pay as you go, only for the work DT does (and the results produced). Our recruitment team scales up or down as your needs change. There are no fixed costs.
- We can provide onsite staff if appropriate, but it is not necessary in all cases.
- Your role shifts from "ringmaster" to "conductor" (we don't mean to be offensive, but this is an accurate way to describe it in many cases).

- We brainstorm with you to determine your needs, priorities, and other information that will impact the scope of our recruiting services and your satisfaction.
- We design and propose the pricing model and structure of the RPO for you.
- Simultaneously we do workforce planning to put your DT team in place.
- With any changes incorporated and your approval, we launch recruitment efforts. Depending on your level of urgency, we can be underway on a good faith basis within 3-5 days of the initial conversation, prior to a formal contract being executed.
- DT Management conducts regular reviews with your designated Management to acknowledge what is going well and solve any issues that may arise.
- Our in-house recruiting platform, Recruiting Machine, is available for your use as your ATS, or we can interface it with your ATS and/or HRIS.
